What it is

Womb of the Heart is an invitation to journey inward, to meet the deeper currents that shape our experience as women. It is a sacred pilgrimage into the mystery of the feminine: an unfolding through the five bodies — physical, emotional, mental, intuitive, and spiritual — where each layer reveals its own rhythm, wisdom, and story.

This journey guides us into the hidden landscapes of our being, where the archetypal patterns of womanhood live. Through gentle descent into the shadows of our conditioning and collective memory, we bring awareness and light to what has long shaped us from within. It is not a path of escape, but of embodiment, a return to presence, wholeness, and love.

The heart becomes our compass, the organ of knowing that anchors us in truth and compassion.
The womb becomes our temple, the living altar of creation, intuition, and power.
Together, they form the Womb of the Heart, a sacred union of awareness and love, guiding us toward an embodied remembrance of who we truly are.

A Living, Breathing Community

This immersion unfolds within a living and alive community, a potent and nurturing container where each woman is held in her process of transformation. Here, we remember together. We witness one another in authenticity, in descent and in rising, creating a shared field of safety, devotion, and truth. This collective space becomes part of the medicine — a mirror through which the feminine awakens more deeply in each of us.

Through ancient wisdom, movement, and ritual, we bridge the subtle and the tangible, the unseen and the lived. Drawing from streams of Tantra, Kashmir Shaivism, Esoteric Christianity, and Astro-theology, this immersion offers a living transmission that awakens the sacred feminine as both energy and embodied experience.

Through This Journey You Will

Explore the map of the five bodies and their interconnection

Awaken the wisdom of the womb and the heart

Bring awareness to the unseen patterns shaping your feminine expression

Embody the sacred feminine through movement, breath, and ritual

Align with the natural rhythms and cycles of the moon and body

Receive ancient teachings in the aliveness of the present moment

Be held within a living, supportive community of women walking beside you

Practices Include

Pelvic presence, yoni mudra, Mula Bandha, womb-centered Hatha yoga, Mandala dance, shamanic meditations with the elements, lunar rituals, and contemplative practices of self-remembrance.

Structure

The immersion follows the rhythm of the moon, with live and recorded sessions to support your journey:

New Moon sessions: 1.5–2 hrs

Full Moon sessions: 1–1.5 hrs

Monthly teachings: 30 mins (April features a longer initiation)

Daily suggested practice: 10 mins minimum

You'll receive a printable Womb of the Heart booklet, monthly transmissions, guided practices, and optional additional gatherings such as yoni egg initiations and one-on-one support.

Investment

Two pathways are available for this journey:

Economical Pathway: $777 — Available to those who have completed a silent retreat at Hridaya, Module 1 at Hridaya, or the Womb of the Heart in-person retreat.

Full Immersion: $1333 — Includes 7 individual one-on-one sessions for deeper personal support and integration throughout the journey.

Monthly payments available.

The Essence

Womb of the Heart is a remembrance — a return to the living wisdom that resides within every woman. Through this sacred descent, we illuminate what has been hidden, reclaiming the fullness of our feminine essence — embodied, cyclical, and alive in devotion. Within this living field of sisterhood and love, you are seen, supported, and held in your becoming.

"The Sacred Feminine expressed is love, both active and receptive, stillness and movement, spiritual and material."
— Miranda Gray
