A story from our community
“It is really difficult to be short about how big this experience was. Womb of the Heart really simplified things and brought it back to the core — to the heart. It stripped the fluff away.”
— Lola
Heart-Womb Awakening
A 5-day in-person retreat in the Womb of the Heart. Limited to twelve.
The session

Embarking on an Inner Pilgrimage: A Journey of Self-Discovery — a transformative retreat, a sacred journey inviting you to embark on an inner pilgrimage—an exploration of the depths of self-awareness. While six days may gift us with moments of clarity, the true offering lies in the opportunity to touch the essence of freedom.

The Journey

As we surrender to the present moment, time seems to stand still, unveiling a timeless echo of Truth. This retreat invites you to inquire deeply into the nature of liberation—a path of self-inquiry, introspection, and Unconditioned Love. Here, nothing is denied; every facet of our lives becomes a pathway for self-revelation and inquiry.

The Feminine Inquiry

A unique facet of this retreat centres around the exploration of the female form as a primary mode of inquiry. Beyond the surface allure, we acknowledge that consciousness, viewed as a continuum, manifests in the current phase as "I am." As women in form, we carry the weight of generations—suppression, oppression, shaming, violence, and blasphemy.

Through a journey that peels back layers of personal, ancestral, and collective pain, we delve into the dark yet fertile Womb of the Heart. In this sacred space, we remember and renew ourselves as Women—the birthers of creation. Amidst the inner depths, we uncover a hidden treasure—Pure potential. Retrieving this treasure, we birth our shadows into the light of Awareness.

Key Concepts of the Retreat

Who am I? (As taught by Ramana Maharishi)

Who is woman? An exploration through the Womb Cross

The Spiritual Heart

The Womb

Spanda — Concept explored in Kashmir Shaivism

Sama Rasa — Concept explored in Kashmir Shaivism

Metaphysical Principals

Sacred Sexuality

Each concept acts as a guide, leading you through profound self-inquiry, an exploration of the feminine essence, and a deep connection to the spiritual heart. Join us in this retreat—an immersive experience where the profound intertwines with the personal, and the journey into the self becomes a sacred unveiling.
