A story from our community
“It is really difficult to be short about how big this experience was. Womb of the Heart really simplified things and brought it back to the core — to the heart. It stripped the fluff away.”
— Lola
Yoga & Meditation
A free guided meditation drawn from the Hridaya tradition.
The session

Returning to Stillness

Meditation is the heart of spiritual practice—a direct path to knowing yourself beyond the fluctuations of the mind. In these sessions, you'll be guided through practices rooted in the Hridaya tradition, which draws from Advaita Vedanta, Kashmir Shaivism, and the teachings of Ramana Maharshi.

The focus is on self-inquiry: turning attention inward to discover the ever-present awareness that underlies all experience. This is not about achieving a particular state, but about recognizing what is already here—the stillness, the peace, the love that is your true nature.

Practices You'll Explore

Self-inquiry (Atma Vichara) — The direct investigation into the nature of "I," as taught by Ramana Maharshi

Heart meditation — Resting attention in the Spiritual Heart, the seat of pure awareness

Witness consciousness — Cultivating the capacity to observe thoughts, emotions, and sensations without identification

Stillness practice — Learning to abide in the space between thoughts

Integration into Daily Life

These sessions are designed not just for formal sitting practice, but to offer tools and perspectives that transform your everyday experience. You'll learn how to bring meditative awareness into ordinary activities—walking, eating, working, relating—so that life itself becomes the practice.

Whether you're new to meditation or have years of experience, these sessions offer a fresh approach grounded in timeless wisdom and adapted to your unique journey.

Timing

Free sessions are a doorway. Right when you’re curious about Hridaya practice but not ready to commit — or when you’re between deeper containers and want to keep practice alive.
